At I-SEA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new eyewear isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely place your sunglasses and any included accessories or cases back into the original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
